Founded in 1919, the Hudson River Museum is the oldest museum in Westchester County and features works of art from the 19th and 20th centuries, including a large collection of landscapes by Hudson River School artists. On the grounds of the museum is the Andrus Planetarium as well as the 1877 Glenview Mansion, which contains six rooms furnished with period antiques. The museum is located in Trevor Park, near the riverfront and just north of the Glenwood train station.
Museum: Open Wed. - Sun. noon - 5:00 p.m.; Fri. noon - 8:00 p.m. Planetarium: Sat. and Sun. 12:30 p.m. , 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m.
